Terms of sale

What these terms cover

Every purchase made on repelmate.org is governed by this text. By confirming an order, the buyer, acting as a consumer, confirms having read and fully accepted it. This document remains available at all times on this page.

The product on offer

RepelMate is an adhesive patch infused with citronella, sold individually or in bundles of several boxes. Our photos and descriptions aim to represent the product faithfully; a slight difference in shade or packaging, with no effect on its use, is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Amounts are shown in euros, including all taxes. The total payable, including any fees, is displayed before you confirm. Payment is taken as soon as the order is placed through a secure module entrusted to a specialist provider; the sale becomes final only once the payment is accepted.

Preparation and delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your parcel is usually prepared within two to four working days. Transit then depends on the delivery area and most often takes six to fourteen working days. A tracking link is sent to you by email at the time of dispatch.

Changing your mind (right of withdrawal)

You may withdraw from your purchase for 14 days after receiving it, without having to give a reason, as provided by consumer law. Let us know by email: we explain how to return the product and issue the refund within the period set by law.

Our "money-back" promise

On top of this legal right, RepelMate commits to a further 30 days. If the patch does not live up to its promises, write to us within that window: we work out a solution together, refund included.

Statutory guarantees

Your orders remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and by the guarantee against hidden defects, as set out in the applicable consumer and civil law. Faced with a genuine defect, our customer service arranges the replacement or refund of the item concerned.

Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable law. In the event of disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution; the consumer may also call on a consumer mediator free of charge. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts remain available.

Privacy & personal data

Your information belongs to you. This section sets out plainly what we process, for what purpose and how you stay in control, in line with the GDPR and applicable data-protection law.

The information collected

How long we keep it

Whenever you wish, you can access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, or request its portability. An email is enough. If our reply disappoints you, you are free to contact the relevant data-protection authority.
